Farewell Scarborough

It's been a while since I posted anything, but I recently worked on a five-page story that I'm submitting to a magazine for publication. It features a character called Town Cryer that I've bandied about in various forms in my sketchbooks for years. It's nice to see him finally used. Let me know what you think!

An opinionated town cryer makes a great narrator in my opinion. What I loved most is how the parents reacted when you took the bus and they teens were not think of shooting you. I can still relate to that today unfortunately...

I finally had a chance to read the whole thing. Great work Evan. Is this really based on people you know? Or is it pure fiction?

Oh, yeah. It's actually the laziest thing I've ever written. I'm kind of embarrassed how close to non-fiction it is. But I'm glad you like it!
