Hey! I just wanted to post this latest illustration I did. I'm not really too keen on it but it's what the art director wanted. The article is about an owner nicknaming a skinny mare and its small foal Olive Oyl & Sweet Pea. So the best solution I was told to do was to have the horses resemble the faces of the two Popeye characters. So here ya go ... enjoy. Alana can't even look at this ... she says it creeps her out.

I knew someone was gonna ask this ... heh ... the small foal eventually was named after an old sci-fi movie "This Island Earth" ... (I know prefer Sweet Pea) ... so I was told to have some UFO's in the image ... so there ya go ... kinda cheap?

What a bizarre job! It does look creepy, though. And they do look like Olive Oyl and Sweet Pea.
